Fix: Dot Matrix Printer Stopped Working after Windows Update

Read this tip if your Dot Matrix Printer stopped working after Windows Update.

Some users said that these updates are the culprit:

KB4048956 (Windows 10 Version 1507)
KB4048955 (Windows10 Version 1709)
KB4048954 (Windows 10 Version 1703)
KB4048953 (Windows 10 Version 1607)
KB4048952 (Windows 10 Version 1511)
KB4048957 (Windows 7)

They uninstalled them and it worked. But in my experience uninstalling them made my start menu unusable, I cannot shutdown my computer on the start menu, my incoming network stopped working, I have to press my POWER BUTTON to shutdown my computer.

THE BEST WAY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM IS TO MANUALLY INSTALL "Epson ESC/P 9pin V4 Class Driver".

Using "System Restore" also worked for me in some computers before I learned about Epson ESC/P V4 Class Driver.
